For our client in the BPO/SSC industry, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Responsibilities of the position:
- Performing activities, related to the first line of support, for a business client
- Support for an international client
- Operation of communicators, used at the workstation
- Responding to inquiries, directed by business customers
- Taking actions to eliminate the technical problem, occurring at the customer's site
- Reporting problems, to the second line of support (in situations when we are not able to solve the problem ourselves)
- Updating systems, programs, networks and others
- Building a positive image in the industry market
- Ensuring confidentiality and protection of personal data
The employer expects:
- communicative knowledge of German (minimum b2) and English (minimum b2)
- industry experience related to customer service/help desk, etc. is an added advantage for the candidate
interest in the IT/technical support industry
- Familiarity with SAP/Salesforce - will be an added advantage for the candidate
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, during standard business hours
- Openness to undertake hybrid work (Kraków)
- Interest in the industry and willingness to develop within accounting structures
