For our partner - worldwide mobile gaming leader - we are looking for a Mobile QA Engineer to join our growing and emerging R&D team that focuses on unique business applications that directly affects our game studios and end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and working with test documentation
- Defect management
- Cross-platform manual testing: Android, iOS, Web
- Working with in-house backend and BI systems
- Working with in-house and external test tools
- Functional, exploratory, smoke, integration and
regression testing - API testing (Postman)
- Investigating issues in production
- Working in cross-functional Scrum teams (Unity devs,
Back-end devs, Tech Artists, PM/DM, PO)
Requirements:
- Experience as a QA Engineer, and minimum 1 year of
experience in mobile testing
Self-organised, proactive and self-taught - Taking ownership of tasks and ability to work
independently - Basic familiarity with SQL
- Good understanding of API testing
- Ability to read logs and identify critical information
- Experience writing and working with test case
documentation (STD) - Good understanding of SDLC
- Product-oriented approach
- Enthusiastic to new technologies and mobile in particular
- Good spoken and written English.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with games products
- Familiarity with proxy tools
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
