Currently, we"re seeking an experienced Datastage Developer to join the team working on a project for the finance/ banking industry.
Project information:
- Industry: Finance/ banking
- Type of project: Expansion of existing application and maintenance of working solution
- Office location: Warsaw/ Gdańsk
- Remote work: 100% remote with occasional visits in the office in Warsaw or Gdańsk
- Budget: b2b 1100 - 1320 PLN/day net
- Project length: long-term
- Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland
Project scope:
- Development and support of banking application landscape in Datastage technology
- Support applications in an agile development way by coordinating, planning, and mainly driving the required development and technical changes implementation in one of our Scrum Trains (SAFE Agile)
- Participate in major improvements and development tasks to support own unit to add value, and deliver according to targets
- Proactively share own knowledge and IT competencies, both on a cross-unit and cross-border basis to enable the continuing strengthening of competencies
- Create specifications and documentation
Competence demands:
- BS and/or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ YoE in ETL and Datastage technology
- Advanced experience with relational database management systems (Oracle DB preferred)
- Strong knowledge of database technologies and principles, including data modelling, data mapping etc.
- Experience of working with Agile methodologies
- English at least B2
