We are an international recruitment agency founded in 1987, present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in recruiting for permanent and temporary positions. Our headquarters are located in Poznań, and we also have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk, and Wrocław.

Currently, we are looking for Application Support Engineers for one of our globally-reaching clients.

Scope of the work is:

Leverages relevant technical working knowledge to understand requirements.
Identifies and contributes to the development and solution strategies to team members that improve the support and functionality of applications under minimal guidance.
Applies best practices in configuring and troubleshooting software applications, systems, databases, and associated devices.
Collaborates with others to support and ensure the stability of critical applications.
Analyzes simple application performance concerns that threaten application functionality and applies knowledge and tools to verify assumptions.

The Skills required here are:

Strong technical skills in Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Tomcat, Ngnix, DB2,MYSQL
Energy and Experience: A growth mindset that is curious and passionate about technologies and enjoys challenging projects on a global scale.
Customer Service: Customer support on merchant escalated issues specific to applications (e.g. increased latency, transactional issues, features not working as encouraged, etc.)
Language Expertise: Expertise in one or more general development languages (e.g., Java, Python)
Support: Experience supporting modern services and web applications on Linux and or Windows environments.
Learner: Constant drive to learn new technologies such as Dev-ops platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
Partnership: Experience collaborating with Product, Test, Dev-ops, and Agile/Scrum teams
