Curently, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a hands-on mentality to join our team. This position is 100% remote, with occasional business trips to Germany (once every few months).
Project information:
- Location: 100% remote
- Type of employment: B2B contract or employment contract
- Remuneration: 155 - 175 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B
- Project language: English
Your daily tasks:
- Manage and lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle (planning, execution, delivery, and closing).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Use Jira to track and manage project progress, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Implement and oversee Scrum and Agile practices within the team.
- Identify and resolve project issues promptly, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and outcomes.
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes and project delivery standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments (Scrum/Agile frameworks).
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to lead by example and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Jira for project management and issue tracking.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- German language skills are a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Willingness to travel to Germany for business purposes once every few months.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience bout creating documentation.
- Problem solving skills.
