- Project length: November 2025 - December 2026 with option to extension
- Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland
- Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate"s availability)
Project scope:
- Ensure software quality for delivered products as an experienced member of the agile team (Squad).
- Responsible for the technical design of products, ensuring alignment with operational and technical requirements, IT norms, and standards.
- Offer IT solutions that best meet business needs, maximising value for the business line or product owner.
- Coach and support developers in the squad to improve their technical skills.
- Act as an agent of change, contributing to Agile transformation and the roll-out of Agile methods and practices.
- Participate in Tech Lead communities at entity and group level.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years" experience.
- English language is mandatory.
- Develop assumptions, design operational and technical macro-solutions, facilitate workshops, and stimulate team creativity.
- Design and develop components as microservices.
- Guide technical and application solutions in coordination with architects, propose technical choices, and consider integration constraints and non-operational requirements (e.g., security, continuity, performance)
- Ensure and measure solution quality, issue alerts on non-conformities, and approve final solutions.
- Identify required tools (DevOps, frameworks, etc.).
- Analyse risks and suggest remedial actions.
- Support and develop the Agile team (Squad):
- Help improve the technical skills of developers.
- Share knowledge to improve collective efficiency.
- Contribute to Agile transformation:
- Improve agile methods and practices at all phases of the development cycle.
- Participate in agile rituals, including Agile@scale.
- Engage with entity- and group-level IT Technical Leader communities.
- IT development, testing, architecture, security, and cybersecurity.
- Data knowledge, digital culture, risk analysis.
- Development tools, application testing, Java.
- Facilitation and collaboration tools: Yellow, iObeya, Jira, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint, Digital Working.
- Test and learn, DevOps, Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban, Design Thinking, Agile@scale.
