Tasks of the position:
- Receiving from a German-speaking client (email, phone, chat)
- Daily operation of communicators
- Professional service provided to business customers (in German)
- Analyzing requests and finding solutions tailored to the customer
- Understanding the customer's problem and finding an individual solution
- Assistance in solving the problem reported by the customer
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Transferring problems to the second line of support if the situation cannot be resolved
- Creating documentation for the client's needs
- Reliable performance of assigned duties
Requirements for candidates:
- German and English: minimum level b2/c1
- Free communication via email and telephone
- Ability to treat clients on an individual basis
- Availability to work full time
- The ability to manage their own time
- independence in action, responsibility
- self-discipline
- orientation to the problem and its solution
- openness to new challenges and willingness to continuously develop professional competence
