Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Tasks on the position:
- Receiving requests from an individual customer (German-speaking)
- Ongoing support of communicators such as e-mail, chat, telephone
- Ongoing support of foreign customers
- Assisting individual customers
- Analyzing requests and finding solutions tailored to the customer
- Understanding the customer's problem
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Transferring problems to the second line of support if the situation cannot be resolved
- Creating documentation for customer needs
- Reliable performance of assigned duties
Requirements for candidates:
- German language skills: b2/c1
- English language knowledge: b2/c1
- Freedom to communicate by email and telephone with individual clients
- availability to work full time
- ability to work in hybrid mode
- ability to manage your own time

- openness to new challenges and willingness to continuously develop professional competence
