Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities:

verification of language data and content, published on websites
verification of content contained in posts or videos
evaluation of the above, following procedures
deciding on the release or removal of content, published on social media
ability to evaluate and make decisions
content analysis, removal of content that does not comply with the rules and regulations
daily work with the use of Social Media
administrative work and minor translations
preparation of reports
execution of reports on daily work

Expectations:

knowledge of German at the level of min. B2/C1
communicative knowledge of English
Required ability to communicate via email, chat and telephone
Data analysis skills
ability to think analytically and evaluate content
interest in social media/information technology area
willingness to develop in the field of social media
Experience or education in the field is welcome
Availability to work Monday through Friday, during standard hours
