We are delivering a workplace transformation project for a global client, involving the full design and implementation of a modern Modern Device Management (MDM) solution. The role of the Lead Workplace Architect will include developing a comprehensive architecture for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, overseeing the implementation, and acting as a strategic advisor in the modernization of the end-user computing environment.

Budget: 160 PLN net/h
Responsibilities:
- Designing end-to-end Modern Device Management (MDM) architecture using Intune, Azure AD, Autopilot, and JAMF/SCCM
- Translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions
- Defining lifecycle processes: provisioning, patching, compliance, and decommissioning
- Leading implementation in a waterfall model: planning, design, build, testing, and deployment
- Coordinating SME teams, engineers, and change management; ensuring quality delivery
- Providing technical governance and strategic advisory throughout the entire project
- Collaborating with business leaders, IT operations, and vendors to align technical solutions
- Presenting key architectural decisions and status updates to senior stakeholders
- Monitoring trends in endpoint management, digital workplace, and cloud workspace
- Driving automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across MDM processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workplace architecture or endpoint management
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, Autopilot, JAMF, and SCCM/MECM
- Knowledge of hybrid workplace models and digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred certifications: TOGAF, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, or equivalent
- Additional assets: knowledge of Windows 10/11 Enterprise, Office 365, cloud desktops, device lifecycle architecture, and experience with employee experience platforms and low-code automation
