Our company unit employs 2,300 highly qualified professionals, providing BPM. HRO and ITO services for 27 clients from all around the world in over 28 languages. Our key areas of services are tax management, master data management, finance & accounting, sourcing & procurement, business transformation projects and audit services.
Your responsibilities:
- Govern and develop highly engaged Infosys Financial Services associates.
- Provide financial operations for region are delivered efficiently, on time, and with high quality.
- Controlling, analyze, and action on KPIs to improve their values consistently.
- Assurance proper updates to R2R Senior Manager, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Analyzing areas that will deliver the highest value to R2R.
- Manage Period End Close - coordination, supervision and communication.
- Take part in the project creation, definition and strategy.
- Cooperate and partner with Local Business Units in the R2R Manager"s region.
- Promote knowledge - sharing across teams/departments.
- Insure work policies & procedures are followed and safe control environment/closure of action items from audits.
Our recruitment:
- Nice to have degree preferred - especially within Finance and Accounting.
- Strong English skills.
- 4+ years of experience in R2R area (ICB, FA, GA).
- Skills of working with SAP.
- Capable to organize workload.
- Commit to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers.
- Very good attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative.
