Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Tasks of the position:

Ongoing technical service
Processing customer requests (email, chat, phone)
Proposing individual solutions
Transferring problems to the second line of support - in case it is not possible to solve the request independently
Creating documentation related to the position
Reliable performance of assigned duties

Expectations for candidates:

knowledge of foreign languages: English: B1, German: min. B2
The level of languages must allow for free communication
Availability to work full time
Ability to conduct conversations via e-mail and telephone
highly developed interpersonal skills
Ability to manage working time
self-discipline
responsibility for the tasks performed
openness to new challenges
